sideshow Forums Junkie Location: sydney Registered: March 2003	Re: 2tg + EFI, few questions (done a search) Wed, 23 March 2005 09:56 a microtech can run on points i think all u need si an rpm signal into the unit the microtech will batch fire injectors what u can do is get the weber lookalike efi throttlebodies its not cheap by time u finish its like 1000 for throttles 1000 for microtech 1000 for tunig and bits and pieces and injectors if u stick with dizzy then u dont need anything fancy for a crank angle sensor if u want to get fancy then it could end up costing 4000 to 5000 by time yr finished and u will not gain anything mayb e bit better fuel economy and throttle responce just remember if u dont have a microtech do not buy 2nd hand ones as they dont modify them anymore so if u plan to run it one way now then change it later on think twice before u do how much do u want to spend can u fit 3tge manifold and shit to the 2t might be cheaper option but for the money u might have to spend u will not get many performance gains [Report message to a moderator]
