I thought all the coolant passthrough did was to heat the throttle body up so it got rid of water in the air? By a diagram I have, the water temperature sensor is nowhere near the throttle body. EDIT: It appears to be in the area of the unit that the hoses for the heater and the throttle body come off, and the main return to the radiator. But if it could work, would it be worth it?
