Sort of like that... Best thing to do is make a list of everything you want to do, go and talk to the engineer (if you've got a lot of stuff to ask, offer to pay for an hour of their time - you'll get on a lot better with them that way!) - it's a lot cheaper this way than to bark up the wrong tree and have to start again later.
