It could be something this simple as you said the keyless entry isn't working. The key switch on the siren normally only cuts out the siren but doesn't disable the immobilizer AFAIK. To find the fuses look under the dash for the alarm module and follow the wiring. Some alarms have the module built into the siren as well so just follow the wiring from the siren to find fuses.
