squirt petrol on it and see what happens
better off geting 3 litres of enamel ($30 maybe) from you local paint shop (freshly mixed).....borrow a gun off your mate and spray.
you would probly use 10 - 15 ($30) cans of export paint anyhow because of how thin/transparent it is.
i painted some left over black enamel (from local paint shop) on a panel that wasnt sanded or even washed....had dirt all over it..... and it stuck very well, and it usually doesnt come off with mild solvents
about all the export paint is good for is the kids the like the smell of it....unfortunately
