Alex has a mighty fine example of a SW20 Bathurst, it's top nick and well worth a look at next outing.
I can only give opinions on the N/A SW20's, they are pretty fast off the line, but being only a 2.0L N/A they lack the straight out speed that larger engines obviously have.
But........throw in some twisties and any SW20 will loose them, they handle like a dream. A very fun car to own, only downside is the 2 seats thing, but that's good sometimes if you dont want to give certain people lifts home.
I don't consider A/C as essential if it's hot enough to use the A/C, take the roof off  (but wear a hat!), the non power steering gives a much "truer" response to what the car is actually doing on the road, and because the engine is in the back there isn't a lot of weight at the front to fight with anyway.
Get one!
Oh one more thing, I've been in Senor2's Gen 3 3S-GTE, the thing was an absolute rocketship, I was glued back to my seat for the whole acceleration until we ran outa road, it made 151RWKW, a beast!
