hrmm yeh thats what i thought at first and wen i replaced the fuel pump it seemed to fix the problem at first. its unlikely that the filters are clogged as they were both brand new 3000ks ago. also the coils were brand new at the same time. the coils are mounted to the opposite side of the engine bay and i have felt them after a hard run and they arent that hot. i dont understand why the problem is so inconsistent.u would think if it was spark related it would b much more consistent. could it b the pump location. its located in the boot lower than the surge tank but higher than the lowest point of the fuel lines. could this b a problem at all with air pocketing?

on a side note, how much are the wolf 3d computers worth in aus? i cant get them in NZ (that i kno of) an the only aftermarket computer we can really get for cheapish is the link computers.
