You don't HAVE to change anything else..but while your there..you can. I would. Things like cam seal, valve cover seals, intake gaskets, spark plug tube seals etc etc. Might aswell while your there...save havn to pull the whole thing off again when it starts to leak.
ahh ok, yeah im still kinda new to doing things to my car
are those things you mentioned hard to do?
