TV might not work as America runs the NTSC system where as we run the PAL system.

DVD player might be locked to region 1 too.


As said above they run on 110V @ 60Hz

Some things have internal transformers and don't care if they get 110V or 240V.
Some things do.
Some things have a switch between the two
Some things don't.
