just want about 130- 140 kw's

This ain't gonna happen with a stock 7AFE bottom, you'll just end up smashing the crap out of the pistons or rip the big end bolts out of the con rod caps, 7AFE are not like the 4AGE where these bolt run right through the conrod end. 7A's are just a taped thread in the end. The conrod will last as long as you stay under 7,000 rpm, pistons, will need need to be forgies to get that power... Standard 7AFE + turbo only made 115kw from factory and that all they were... a N/A 7AFE with a turbo slapped on and a few extra's

try and find a ae112 sportivo front cut TURBO

Good luck finding these, as only 200 were made... and most are very pampered too as I'm after one!. Cheaper, ring toyota, get an exhaust manifold for the sportivo, search these forums forsale or jap wreckers for a 3SGTE turbo-CT26 (The standard sportivo are tiny-CT12 or close to it), 4AGZE or 7MGTE injectors , Supra 7MGTE fuel pump, A good FMIC. Get the bearings done in the turbo anyway, cause I just don't trust what people say, and for similar reasons, but a new fuel pump. ECU, well, I know a 4AGE will run a 7AGE, but not to is 100% capabilities, and similarly I've heard people running 7AFE, 4AFE's with 4AGE ECU, So you could try a 4AGZE ECU. I have never tried any of these as I've alway's gone A/M ECU-Microtech, EMS, Autronic or Motec. If you do run a GZE ECU, get the AE101 (again hard to find, but are around) which are map sensor, multi-coil packed, etc. This ECU will need to be wired differently to suit the 7AFE, but it can be done and most sensor are compatible. You can use Lancer or Lantra coil packs, which do perform better than the standard GZE items (I use them in my rally cars and other conversions now+ cheaper and easier to find) and what ever way, get a GZE box+CV's. The sportivo came with the standard N/A 7A box and I have change a couple now to a GZE LSD's and the owners came back much happier and I haven't heard a complaint about the Boxes or CV's blowing after a few thousand km's!. Plus much better ratio's for F/I.

the ae112 sportivo is a 7afte.. t being turbo..

Sorry to say, to us Toymodder's, that's technically what we'd call them or assume, but on the ADR and VIN plates, they're labeled as a normal 7AFE and the workshop manual as a sportivo 7AFE. This is beacuse the were specifically built for oz only

7agze or 7agte

Search the forums as I have covered the 7AGE conversions many times in the past... In fact I have a blown one sitting and waiting a rebuild at this point in time and they aren't as straight forward as many people think, but interesting anyway you look at it.
