The lower one looks a lot like an alternator bracket, and the upper one is just two holes in the back of the inlet manifold..

hey ben,
after both of them... jus need to get an idea of what i have to fabricate. on the charade engine it'll be mounted out the exhaust side of the block so jus gotta get a picture in my head of what im making...
