Toyota turbos seem to get cracks in the exhaust housing between the outlet and the wastegate. Is that where yours has cracked?
It doesn't seem to cause any real dramas. My CT20-B is cracked there and is fine. I've talked to heaps of people with CT20s and all cracked in the same spot.
