Most of it should bolt in, the engine, box, diff etc, but you may have a couple little things that won't line up perfectly. Any of this stuff is much easier to fix than engine/g'box/diff mounts though, so I'd say go for it, it'd definitely be worth it.
Either run LPG or splash out on a computer & set of injectors.
