i wouldn't think it would be the best, FE have a a single driven cam that is connected to the other by a gear, so the gze cams would not fit in. if you could get a whole gze thats your best bet, or even get the block and look for a GE head at a wreckers.
i also think that the inlet and exhaust ports on the FE a smaller than the GE, as th "G" in 4AGE stands for "sportier model"
the GZE block can run way more than 10psi, i ran a turbo set up on a stock silvertop 20V running 7psi and its still running a year later.
