they are progressive springs, they are also lowered by 50mm at the front at the rear its 75mm yeah its sounds extream but its not that much wheel are still above th gards and no scrubbing or lipping was needed the only thing is they are clse the bump stops, which makes it bouncy although the king springs seem to hard not enough coils were as the whiteline seem to have a few more coils but again my opinion
