	| It depends on the application.  The Unichip and the E-Manage are both just piggy backs, meaning they just manipulate the signals sent to the stock ECU.  This can be a good thing in situations where the operating conditions aren't that far removed from stock, because all of the niceties like idle control are still OEM quality.  However on a seriously modified engine you're going to run into problems trying to bodgy it with interceptors. 
 The Haltech on the other hand is a complete replacement ECU.  This means it controls everything.  Obviously for the most modified situation this is best as it allows full control of all operating parameters.  However it's also a hell of a lot more work to get it to start and run like a OEM management system.
 
 Apples and Oranges really.
