I did it by tapping a fitting into the water fitting on the back of the head, and brazing some bundy tube into the heater pipe that runs down the side of the block. Then I got some bundy tube, brazed banjo's on the ends that go to the turbo, and put some lengths of aeroquip hose in the middle for some 'give'. Much tidier that way!
