a front cut is the front of a donor car (not a write off) as you need the engine and everything to be fine, that includes everything from the front of the engine bay including some panels up to the instrument cluster. There are a fair few places that sell front cuts, there'll be a few on the site, just do a search
The loom is the wiring harness, and an aftermarket ecu would be best if you're thinking of running higher than stock boost. Some front cuts ive heard come with a gearbox, but dont quote me on that, and you'd be best off with a heavy duty clutch.
Extra power can be made by getting extractors, pod filter, mandrel bent exhaust or whichever you think is best for your setup, and a front mount intercooler rather than a top mount.
NOTE: try get a ae101 MAP 4agze
