supposing the guy who owned the engine before you did the cheap thing and just swapped the #222 cam for a #220 cam (which have a lower lift, longer duration), then they should be-

#220-
Cam Shaft:
Lobe Height In 45.87 ~ 45.97
Lobe Height Ex 45.87 ~ 45.97
Cam Lift:
In 9.82
Ex 9.82

#222-
Cam Shaft:
Lobe Height In 46.37 ~ 46.47
Lobe Height Ex 46.37 ~ 46.47
Cam Lift:
In 10.27
Ex 10.27
