195/60 R14 refers to the tyre size...not the rim. 195 is the tyre width, 60 is the profile (relative to the width of the tyre), and R14 refers to the rim diameter (i.e. 14")(also the R stands for the fact that the tyre is a radial construction). 4x114.3 is the PCD (pitch circle diameter) of the stud pattern of the wheels (rims) and means 4 holes equally spaced on a 114.3mm diameter. Dont know if this makes sense? To get back to original for such a car, refer to the owners manual or tyre placard (sticker somewhere on the car).
