I am a Canberran and am about to buy a KE55 corolla from NSW. The car has been unregistered for just over a yr. The guy I am buying it off doesn't have the old rego papers and the RTA won't let him get another copy. He says he has a pink slip and the car still has the old NSW plates on.
Is there anyone out there that knows about these type of laws?
Are the plates and pink slip enough to get the car registered in the ACT?
