I have two 3TGTE's for sale, and I also have spare parts too. Engine wise, I have a complete motor minus turbo, that has been stripped for inspection. It comes with a fully reconditioned head and a genuine Toyota full gasket kit for it's rebuild. The other motor is my own personnal engine that I have been using in my RA28. It is complete minus turbo and is in good condition.
I also have a T28 turbo setup to suit either engine that is has just been built and never used - let me know if you're interested in anything and I'll give you more details! Email me directly at ifitsuits@hotmail.com
