believe me im tempted...the r31 engine bay screams for a 1jz, but as its my backup car (ie the one that you want to spend the least on) a straight bolt in job would be best....
i was first tempted just to rebuild the motor myself...but this motor comes with a vacuum advance unit that keeps failing due to age....and i can only find good replacements from wreckers for so long, hence i was wondering what model had the single spark and electrically controlled ignition. cause i have seen them out there and think they would be the better option...
