Cap and split pin are installed. Don't reckon I'd have a drivers side wheel (or car more than likely) if I hadn't put em on. The nut is coming loose inside the cap if that makes any sense.
Torque? Big ratchet, big socket, big breaker bar. Kept tightening until I thought it was tight enough.
