no - but as the EFI system on the 18RGUE was never designed with boost in mind you'll have to run it with an aftermarket ECU in place of a factory unit and upgrade the injectors (at the least) to something capable of supply enough fuel to suit the boost level that you want to run.
you could search for 'conversion' and/or 'engineers' here on the yellowpages and elsewhere - but as what you're proposing to do is custom work, expect the quote to be expensive... very expensive.
