Sun, 10 April 2005 08:24 I've got myself a new computer and have obtained a copy of Solid Works 2004 SPO from a mate. Now, when I was getting it from him he showed me how to load it on my computer. It had the serial number and authorisation code for each of the three packages that I might want to install. The three options were. Solid Works, Solid Works Office and Solid Works Office Professional. When I continue with the installation i get to the part where I punch in the codes and I then continue on to the end of the installation with not hassles. The problems arise when I try to use the program... I open it and it gives me the message "This version of Solid Works has not been commissioned properly, please contact your supplier". What does this mean? I've uninstalled and reinstalled this program like 4 times now with different combinations of codes and package selections to no avail. I would have assumed that if my codes were incorrect then it would have told me during the installation process not after it. Also, I looked up the net for codes to see if they may be incorrect and found the exact same ones. I can't find a crack or any other kind of useful readme doc on the CD either. Does anyone know what I should try next? I really need to use Solid Works for uni ASAP. [Report message to a moderator]
