I recomend a TIG for welding thin material. i work in a sheetmetal work shop and i know that is the way to go. Ive never tryed useing an oxy for Aluminium! but i do know that an oxy weld has a lower temp tolarance. a mig is only good for tacking of thin aluminium but not to good for long welds as it just melts the metal.
