-==L=a=N=c=E==- Forums Junkie Location: Brisbane, Queensland Registered: January 2004	Re: BOV Mounting location?(with pic) Mon, 11 April 2005 02:01 well i think of it this way. with the bov mounted at the base of the throttle, you are allowing the air to escape in a nice flow instead of hitting the throttle. If you have it close to the throttle, then the air flow doesn't get disrupted, and keeps on flowing. Almost like a vacuum effect. Haveing it as close to the turbo would also work, but you would get flow back, as the compressed air hits the throttle, and wants to flow backwards again. kinda defeats the purpose.
