if you have the valve after the intercooler and vent it back after the afm into the turbo you have yourself some refrigerated inlet air... possibly lower than ambient (releasing presurised gas after it has been cooled to ambient or above by the intercooler will decrease its temperature)... (this probably wouldn't happen but it's possible  )
should be good for an extra 50rwkw
