Yes, sprinters were called Corolla GTSs in the US, so parts will fit. I think they basically got what we would call a JDM sprinter, bet I'm sure the purists will point out the myriad differences.

I'll point out one - the, er, left hand drive
Monroe Gas = bogan shocks. You use them to get a RWC on a piece of crap XF Falcon or something, but they're not too much use for anything else...
