you can get those bellhousings in new zealand, i'm chasing some up at the moment, you might also want to try club-k.co.nz forums
there are two companies in new zealand that make bellhousings to put a W55 supra gearbox behind a 4k. what sort of insane K motor would need that, i don't know, but the guys on garagedori.com could probably hook you up. be prepared to pay several hundred dollars tho
as stewart will testify, how long your gearbox lasts behind your worked 4k greatly depends on how you drive it. if you go around flatchanging at 8500rpm then the teeth tend to get a bit crunchy, as stewart and i well know. if you drive more sensibly, then you can have a gearbox last you many years, even a second hand one
angela in perth has a ke10 with a turbo 5k making like 180rwkw or something stupid - with stock gearbox, stock diff, and she has no problem because she doesn't dump the clutch or do burnouts
for what it's worth, 4 speeds are known to be tougher than 5 speeds, so if you keep breaking 5 speeds, consider changing up
i personally am just going to get a 5 speed rebuilt, new bearings, turn the layshaft around, do some mods to the synchros and hope that holds up
