I find taller gearing is much nicer for a turbo engine. I like 3.9's and if you have pleny of poke look at 3.7.
It seems like you have two pairs of axles and two housings planned. You will only need the hilux housing if you are prepared to hack up the housing you already have in the celica.
I can't see why you would need the skyline axles. You will need to redrill the hilux axles for the correct stud pattern though. and probably get some custom mounts for the calipers.
Careful with which housing and axles you use as most are too wide for a celica.
