hi,
F series diff would be the best suited for you i would say. the most suitable for a celica is from the MX13 - MX23 but make sure it is an F series diff (they did come with E series diffs too). they are 1420mm or so wide (perfect for a RA40 ) so a little bit wide for a ra23/28 i would assume with the right offset wheels it would be okay
once you get the diff, grind the mounts off and either use the ones off your T series diff or make new ones.
then if you want discs to go on your diff, the corona rt/st141/142 avante (i think) will bolt straight on
then if you want LSD, then a MA61 supra LSD centre will go straight in no problems bolt in
