I just had a look in the Corona Chassis manual. The springs in there are the same, so that doesn't really help.

It appears that all the springs do is space the pistons into the correct places from the end, each other, and the beginning.

Do a test fit with the springs in different locations and the reservious out and see how the pistons line up. If you can get the pistons for each reserviour looking like their in teh same position relative to the hole that the reserviour goes into, then I geuss youd be right.

NOTE: I have never played with one of these things, just with the corona book. I don't pretend to know the answer, and therefore, please be careful when testing this.

I hope you can figure it out.
