Witzle is right, but maybe some more details would help.
Each cam has a 5mm wide notch out of its thrush flange. This is the timing mark indicated by The Witzl.
At TDC for cylinder no.1 both the notches on the intake and the exhaust cam should be in the 12:00 position, ie. exactly vertical.
I assume you know how to use the timing pin and the adjustable timing cog so I won't explain that.
If you need to know any tightening torques, let me know which ones and I'll check the book.
