What you're suggesting is that more airflow (achieved by improved exhaust efficiency and better cylinder scavenging) will require more fuel delivery in absolute terms to maintain optimal AFRs.
This is technically correct, however standard injectors will be specced with a significant reserve, ie. at max fuel demand of the standard motor you'll only achieve 75%** duty cycle. So by increasing fuel demand slightly by increasing exhaust efficiency, you'll perhaps push the injectors to 78%** duty cycle now? They are still not in need of replacement with larger injectors.
