apart form finding extractors for it (try your local pick-a-part as they're not worth buying new or custom) and maybe replacing the stock carbi with a webber from a 2 litre cortina or similar - leave it as is and find a more suitable candidate (e.g. crossflow, twin cam, etc) for improvement.
