Well.. One night.. after a few beverages Im riding home.. cops pull me over.. inform me that 2 days before hand new laws were passed and a 1200 Dollar fine come with one of those things if your caught riding it..
The only way to have it legit is to Register it!!
That means.. Number plates.. Lights, Brake lights, Indicators.., has to pass engineering for noise etc.
All in all.. forget it. .. Just buy a 3 cyl charade or something.
