Rigoli Perfomance and Ray Hall have both all done 4AGE and 7AGE Turbo& S/C, 20V and 16V conversions before, By far the easiest way to stoke the 4A is use a 7A block. Boring a 4AGE will only get you to just over 1600cc, using the HSK stroker kit@ $3000 a pop, will give you close to 1700cc or just over with boring. If you want to keep the S/C, keep use a 16V and Don't bother using a 20V head and S/C, The 20V responds better to Turbo. Just My 2c..
