I feel sorry for you mate but your not the only one, as skip said "Yep modifying cars sure aint cheap!". A mate blew up the rb26tt(supposably unbreakable  ) out of a 1997 series 2 skyline, 3 dodgy workshops and $30,000 later he got his car back, and it was quick making 340kw@wheels but for 30k it should have made a lot more, he was sick of it, sold it and bought a new Peougot Gti.
Didnt FLYNSX have a similar story to you with a heap of dodgy shops and his 4agze also.
