geting an engineer to answer the phone is a challange down here i think thay would laugh at you if you didnt take the car to them!
contact queensland department of transport and ask for a list of approved engineers is probably your best bet! queensland transport is fairly useless infact so useless it inspired somone i know to drive a JZA80 from the gap to sydney with no rego or permit
