Excellent. A 7A-GZE Hybrid for me then I think. Just a couple of queries tho...

Any suggestions on the best place to get a 7A-FE? What sort of money am I looking at?

As for pistons, what pistons should I use? I need the low compression, and the forgednessness ... Is there a simple solution to my problem?

Timing belt, yeah that's a sinch it seems. Next question would be, where can I find someone I can _trust_ to rebuild the bottom end? (assuming I do, with forgies etc ... perhaps oversized too) And what is it likely to cost. Damn money ...

I think the engine would be built for low end torque, by the sounds of it. Would a 2 inch steel mandrel-bend exhaust provide it with enough exhaust gas velocity?

I'd imagine that for the moment I would recondition the GZE head too. What about the inlet tract? I suppose as it's forced, it dosent matter too much.

Anyone know a good cam? I'd have to get some variable cam sprokets and some dyno time too i suppose. I still want to use the original ECU and maybe a 12-14psi pulley kit. Anyone see any problems I might have?

TIA

apologies: length
