I had this problem when I put my battery in the boot.
I now have 2 4guage earths from the battery to the chassis, and 2 4gauge earths from the block to the chassis and all is fine.
Just add an extra earth.
If you feel rich, add an earth from the battery to the block if you can.
Thats the best way of doing it.
