Hi
I would seriously strip that hub down and see whats causing the problem. I have seen the drive flange getting chewed up where it contacts the bearing inner race or the bearing its self getting worn. If the nut is locked its not magically coming loose, there has to be something wearing inside to be causing it to come loose. Do it sooner rather than later.Best of luck
Corey
