Okay well I think you don't get it buddy. I agree that it's the cops' job to defect cars that are illegal on our roads. If they suspect someone then they should go and check their car out. However if the aim is to keep our streets safe why were other cars allowed to leave without a checkup that were as modified looking as johal's car? Why was one of the cars booked and then allowed to scream off? You can't say you're going to do something because of a certain value/idea/belief and then completely ignore it and be a hypocrite. Also it's upto YOU to prove that the car is legal/safe etc. The car had the factory plumb back BOV when the officer told him it had an ATMO BOV. Johal was proving it by showing him the plumbing back etc. but how do you argue with "No, it's an ATMO BOV". Can you tell me how? Also the heater is the best example. If the officer got in the car he could've known FOR SURE whether the heater worked or not but because he is so smart he doesn't even need anyone to prove anything to him. Why doesn't he just go around looking at cars with his ultimate h4x0r ub3r l33t x-ray vision so he can defect them without even looking under the bonnet! We could call him captain ultimate defector man super cop 5000! amen maybee then he will get all those cars off the road with bogg for doors and rust holes for windows that seem to drive arround unoticed. They need to be accountable if they get it wrong when its blatantly obvious that they should have known better. Im sure there are alot of good cops out there but unfortunatley the bad ones ruin it for the rest of them. [Report message to a moderator]
