if you are talking about the AE95 then the 4agze is the engine you are looking for, theres a guy on these forums that has done it up in QLD, quite a nice conversion, i was going to do one myself until a nice starlet came up. From my understading all you need is engine+ecu+wiring, the standard gearbox and driveline are all good and do not need to be changed. You have to lock the transfer case or something like that but, from memory the conversion cost him around 3k which is pretty good all things considered.
