hey man.
i did exactly the same thing in my GZE. spun two main bearing.

took the engine out and stripped it myself. took all the gear to our machine shop we use.
- tunnel bored rods and mains +10 thou oversize
- balanced all engine components
- supplied oversize beaings and new rings
- decked the block
- valve cut
- chemical clean
- honed bores
other stuff i cant remember. anyways, came to bout $1300

good quality. now i just have to rebuild it!
a genuine gasket set from toyota was $420 and new oil pump was $200. im using a HKS head gasket tho.

i am using all ARP studs to. thats pretty expensive but a good investment.
