Sam_Q Forums Junkie Location: S.E suberbs, Vic Registered: December 2003	Re: [AE86] DIY exhaust system (not really, more of a pick it yourself) Sun, 01 May 2005 07:53 although in a FWD format I have for my 4age a set of gennie extractors, a commodor cat, a steel 480mm long body hot-dog resonator going to a lukey offset straight through steel muffler. All of which being a 2 1/4 system. I find it too loud as it is but there is a minimal amount of drone which is good. I think I will go and stuff more stainless steel dish scrubbers up there with some steel mesh to hold them in, that will shut it up to the standard I want. For my 20V when I put it in my sprinter I wont run a cat to allow for me to run the absolute longest resonator I can, all in 2.25 and with a rear stainless lukey muffler, which is larger than my corolla one, I am happy that theres a decent amount of room under the back of a sprinter for a muffler.
