tunnel bore means u make the area where the bearings go bigger, so, dont do they unless u have damaged the tunnel,
deck the block is like shaving the head, but u do the block instead
valve cut is like lapping in the valve seats, it ensures a perfect combustion chamber seal
honed bores mean u get a "honer" and u smooth out the bore {where the pistons go}
1 i'd strip it, take it down to them, get them to bath it and do a quote for u,
2 but definately grind the crank {mains and big ends},
3 re-size the rods,
4 i'd get the block bored and honed {it may not need it},
5 get it decked,
6 rebuild the oil pump,
7 new welsh plugs {thats a given},
8 get the valves k-lined {if needed} and get the seats cut, if the seats need to be cut then they will have to do the valve lash, so maybe spend that little bit more and get the cams re-ground
9 if the head needs to be rebuilt, then maybe get it ported while its apart, will be cheaper to do when its apart.
we dont have problems with aftermarket gaskets so maybe u'd be able to save money there
use king bearings, we never have problems with them
what workshop is it getting done at
