I know that anything can be put in anything with enough patience, money and ability but to put the 1UZ in my car would require over-the rail headers for sure and those alone would be enpensive. I built my car myself ans as it was i needed block hugger headers. The frame uses upper a-arms and not strut towers, i have seen some of the swaps that have been done on some of the supras, cressidas etcetera and they have a lot of width in the tower area.
